Delivery
1. The moment of acceptance of the order
After ordering, deliveries are made contactless, because we care about your health and ours. In accordance with the extraordinary circumstances in the country, and in order to prevent the spread of the pandemic, the product will be delivered to the front door of the house or apartment in the coming period. Depending on the available quantity of a specific item and the possibility of its acquisition, and in accordance with our business policy, the expected delivery time of the products from our offer is up to 7 working days, you will be informed about the status of your order via the email you specified during the ordering process. The order is accepted by Una d.o.o. only after we send you a confirmation of acceptance by email.
2. Delivery term
The order delivery period is 7 working days. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be delivered on the first following business day.
3. Delivery delay
In case of delivery delay due to the fault of Una d.o.o., the customer has the right to cancel the purchase, in which case all money will be returned.
4. Delivery price
We send the ordered goods to you by courier service, the delivery price will be clearly indicated, and it is not part of the price of the product that you see on the website. Delivery costs are added to the price of the product and are shown with the price of the product and during the ordering process on the website. In case of exchange of goods, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless Una d.o.o. is responsible for the exchange. We can split your order during delivery into several parts depending on the availability of the goods in stock (it may happen that it is in another store or warehouse in another city). This will not cause any additional costs to the customer. On the product page, to the left of the price, the condition of the product is clearly indicated. If the product is available for purchase, possible labels are “in stock” or “available to order”.The ordered product/products marked “in stock” at the time of ordering will be delivered to you within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of order confirmation by Una, while for the product/products marked “available for order” at the time of ordering, the maximum delivery time will be 10 working days. If, during one purchase, the customer ordered both the product/products marked “in stock” as well as the product/products “available for order”, he will receive two notifications regarding the confirmation of the order due to different delivery deadlines. Along with the notification, the customer will receive a distance sales contract, a form for withdrawing from the contract and the rights and obligations of the customer via email.
5. Delivery procedure
The shipment arrives at the address between 08:00 and 20:00. During that period, there must be a person at the address who can take over the shipment. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. If the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone number you left when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If you are not found at the address the second time, the shipment is returned to our premises. Deliveries are made contactless because we care about your health and ours. Please inspect the delivered product upon delivery, and before signing the handover document, and report any possible damage to the goods IMMEDIATELY, and within 24 hours at the latest, to Una’s complaints service at phone number 067/228684, or by email at info@una.me. Complaints about damages that are reported within 24 hours of delivery will be rejected as untimely. If the shipment appears to be undamaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier’s address book.
